Job Duties May Include Assisting Our Accounting Department With
- Accounts Payable
- Accounts Receivable Collections
- Payroll
- General Accounting (journal entries, bank reconciliations, data entry, etc.)
- Fixed asset and inventory tracking
- Completing Notices to Owner
- Other office administration duties as needed to support the accounting department
- Construction accounting experience
- Excel skills with proficiency in the suite of Office 365 products; knowledge of construction industry ERP systems desired, Viewpoint Spectrum is preferred.
- Ability to be flexible, work independently, and complete duties and projects with little direct supervision
- Experience working for a Heavy Civil Contractor is desired
- Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of internal and external customers
