Watson Construction Company, LLC is looking for Equipment Operators to join our team in Gainesville, FL.

Responsibilities:

• Transport materials or finished products to job sites or production lines
• Load, unload, prepare, inspect and operate equipment according to instructions
• Complete equipment checks and records
• Participate in the maintenance of equipment
• Complete daily paperwork
• Other duties as assigned.

Experience:
·Operator experience is required
·Must be able to work overtime when required.
·Must be able to work in all weather conditions and be able to work extended hours when needed.
·Operator must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
·Must have experience on one of the following pieces of equipment: Loader, Dozer, Excavator, Motor Grader, Roller, Off Road Dump, Paving machine, Milling Machine etc

Pay: $16.00 - $26.00 per hour

• Off Road Dump: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
