Waukesha North and Waukesha South High Schools are seeking a Varsity Girls Basketball Coach to successfully lead our Co-op basketball program. We are looking for someone to be able to work with Waukesha North and Waukesha South student athletes and staff to build up a program including both schools, with the goal of working towards having two strong and separate school programs again.

The ideal candidate must be able to communicate well with all members of the Waukesha North/Waukesha South High School basketball program. We are seeking a candidate with a background in coaching philosophy and strategy. Strong leadership, effective communication, and good organization are essential to the success of this position.

This coach must work cooperatively with the entire coaching staff to support a high achieving athletic program. They will be responsible for planning, communicating, and working with building administration and athletic staff to organize schedules, transportation, and program budgets. This coach must possess and implement a coaching and learning philosophy inclusive of: the role of athletics, winning and losing, competition, players, school, and community. They must work collaboratively with the youth basketball programs with an understanding of the importance of building from the youth level up, participate in professional development opportunities with coaching staff, and assist the basketball coaching staff to maximize student academic and athletic potential.
