Wave Soccer club is a competitive Youth Soccer club located in Eagan, Minnesota.
Duties:
- Plan and conduct soccer training sessions for players of various skill levels and ages.
- Teach fundamental soccer skills, techniques, and strategies.
- Develop and implement practice drills and game strategies.
- Provide guidance and support to players during practices and games.
- Promote teamwork, sportsmanship, and a positive learning environment.
- Monitor player progress and provide feedback for improvement.
- Ensure the safety of all players during practices and games.
- Coordinate with other coaches and staff to organize team events and competitions.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience coaching soccer or playing at a competitive level.
- Knowledge of soccer rules, strategies, and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively with children and young adults.
- Strong organizational skills to plan and manage training sessions.
- Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for teaching soccer.
