About the Role:

Customer Sales Specialists are the first impression a customer gets as they approach our events. They create and maintain brand loyalty through excellent in-person customer interactions on behalf of our clients. Our top Customer Sales Specialists can multitask and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities. The objective is to help customers find the best product for their wants/needs within their price point while maintaining company and client compliance and standards.

Daily Responsibilities:

1. Connect with our client's customers and provide them with exceptional service.
2. Provide information to customers by quoting them accurately, and based on their individual needs.
3. Maintain knowledge of products and services that are offered by our clients.
4. Assist customers with their selection of products and services.
5. Perform sales techniques to up-sell products to ensure our clients are satisfied.
6. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
7. Uphold a professional appearance and demeanor at all times.
