Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Basement to Roof inspections
- Performing detailed inspections and relaying inspection results (reports?) in a timely manner
- Taking photographs and logging findings in app software
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with Building Code Compliance and Inspections (preferred)
- Great verbal and written communication skills
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail
- Must be upbeat, polite, courteous, and tactful
- Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a dynamic team
- Adhere to company policies and procedures
- Proven ability to multi task
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment
- Bi-lingual (English-Spanish) a plus
- Valid Driver’s License and own vehicle required
- Perform other duties as assigned
