Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Purge outdated files and documents according to company retention policies.
• Scan and digitize physical documents for electronic storage.
• Review tenant files to ensure all documentation is complete and in accordance with company policies.
• Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
• Assist with data entry and updating records in our database.
• Perform other clerical tasks as needed to support the office staff.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

· Age: 17-25 years old.

· High school diploma or equivalent; currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a relevant post-secondary program preferred.

· If 17 years old, you are required to provide working papers

· Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

· Basic computer skills, including familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

· Good communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn
