Job Responsibilities:Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Proven knowledge of boilers, compactors, pumps, sprinklers, and overall building maintenance.
- Previous experience with supervising staff, working with vendors, and scheduling repairs.
- At least 3 years’ experience with residential building operations.
- High School Diploma/GED.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- 5 years of Superintendent experience
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is preferred
- Affordable housing experience a plus, residential experience required.
- Great verbal and written communication skills.
- Proactive work ethic and attention to detail.
- Must be upbeat, polite, courteous and tactful.
- Superior Customer Service skills required.
- Proven ability to operate selflessly as part of a dynamic team.
- Proven ability to multi task.
- Prior experience in a fast-paced environment.
