We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Maintenance - Banquet Setup staff member. This role is crucial in ensuring our event spaces are impeccably maintained and prepared for a wide range of functions. Key Responsibilities:

• Arrange tables, chairs, linens, and décor according to event specifications.
• Assist in decorating event spaces to create an inviting atmosphere.
• Perform routine maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and functionality of event areas.
• Assist with the setup and breakdown of audiovisual equipment as needed.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and ensure event spaces comply with health and safety regulations.
• Handle equipment and materials responsibly and safely.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in event setup, maintenance, or a related field is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move heavy objects, and stand for extended periods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexible schedule, with availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• A positive attitude and the ability to work well in a team environment.
