Delivery Driver Positions (Non-CDL Driver)

Waves Logistics is an Amazon Delivery Service Partner (DSP) looking for enthusiastic and motivated delivery drivers to deliver smiles throughout the San Marcos area. Waves Logistics has secure work with steady routes. We provide full-time and part-time opportunities for our Delivery Drivers and Helpers. A Company Truck is provided. No CDL is required for delivery drivers!

Shifts are 10 hours per day and are available 7 days per week. We offer a very flexible schedule!

Hours: 9:15 AM - 7:15 PM

Delivery Driver Duties and Responsibilities

• Safely drive and operate your delivery vehicle at all times.
• Use of smartphone applications for routing and customer delivery information.
• Navigate a variety of routes throughout the delivery area.
• Must be comfortable driving and working in varying weather conditions.
• Be CUSTOMER OBSESSED!! We strive to deliver packages and smiles to our customers.
• Perform the following tasks:
• Work alongside a helper to lift and maneuver packages up to 300 lbs.
• Able to get in/out of the truck, and walk up/downstairs throughout your shift.
• Able to push/pull above and below the shoulder level.
• Stand, kneel, bend, twist, and squat.
• Load and unload box trucks to deliver packages efficiently.

Delivery Driver Basic Requirements:

• Eligible to work in the U.S.
• Delivery Drivers must be at least 21 years of age.
• Successfully pass a pre-employment drug test.
• Must hold a valid Texas Drivers License (required).
• Clean driving record (past 3 years).
• Must possess experience in operating a 24' Box Truck or equivalent.
