We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and organized NetSuite Purchasing Clerk to join our team.
The primary responsibility of this role is to process orders using the NetSuite ERP system efficiently and
accurately. The ideal candidate should possess a strong understanding of order entry processes,
excellent data entry skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-
functional teams.

Responsibilities:

1) Order Entry:

• Accurately enter and process orders into the NetSuite ERP system.
• Verify order details to ensure accuracy.
• Ensure that all required information is complete and compliant with company policies.

2) Communication:

• Collaborate with all teams to clarify order specifications and resolve any discrepancies.
• Communicate with warehouse team to confirm order details and address any issues or
• questions.

3) Order Status Monitoring:

• Proactively address any issues or delays in order processing.
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding the status of their orders.

4) Data Maintenance:

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and order information in the NetSuite system.
• Assist in data clean-up and validation to ensure the integrity of order data.

5) Collaboration:

• Work closely with the warehouse and logistics teams to facilitate smooth order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve order-related issues and improve processes.

6) Quality Assurance:

• Conduct regular reviews of order entries to identify and correct errors.
• Implement quality control measures to minimize order processing discrepancies.

7) Inventory Management

• Assist with reviewing inventory levels to determine when new orders are needed.
• Coordinate with off-site locations on inventory movements.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in order entry using NetSuite ERP or a similar system (preferred).
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with team members.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
• Basic understanding of inventory management concepts (preferred).
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications are a plus.
