Overview

Royal Corporation a leading janitorial/sanitary distribution company for over 30 years is seeking energetic and reliable individual to work as a Full time Warehouse Lead Receiving/Shipping associate in their Jacksonville, FL location. The warehouse lead receiving is responsible for efficient and accurate receiving of all inbound shipments and ensuring its accurate tracking, movement and storage in support of order fulfillment process reporting to the Warehouse manager. Minimum 3 year’s experience in warehouse receiving/shipping environment.

Job Hours:

• Mondays - Fridays 7.00am - 5.00pm or until completion of daily tasks or as assigned by manager

Pay & Benefits:

• Competitive hourly wages depending experience starting from $22.50/hr - $23/hr Depending on Experience

Essential Duties

• Print daily orders via P21.
• Sort orders, prints BOL & Quote sheets and assigns orders to pickers.
• Coordinates with OT to maintain a consistent route for customer deliveries.
• Prints UPS/WC orders.
• Maintain consistent communication with Customer Service. Strive to respond to ALL emails within a 30-minutes of receipt.
• Scan completed paperwork to Customer Service for order posting.
• Be prepared to pick orders in the event you are needed.
• Order supplies. i.e. office supplies, empty shipping pallets.
• Coordinate daily trailer swaps with R&L.
• Perform any additional duties as instructed by Manager/Supervisor.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years warehouse receiving/shipping experience.
• Ability to process receiving and shipping functions safely and efficiently. using powered equipment including forklift, stockpicker and pallet jacks.
• Experience with RF scanners a plus.
• Self-starter and able to work with minimal supervision
• Strong attention to detail and accurate.
• ble to prioritize and handle multiple tasks and work with a sense of urgency
• Able to adapt to changing priorities and new situations
• Available to work overtime and some weekends when needed
• Ability to use Microsoft office.
• Utilize automated reports on a daily basis.
• Physical lifting (40lbs) and extended periods standing, walking, bending, stooping
• Must have reliable means of transportation to and from work.
