TITLE : Part Time Groundskeeper
QUALIFICATIONS : High school or General Educational Development (GED) diploma and education
and / or experience in grounds work that is directly related to the job.
REQUIREMENTS : Must be able to bend, push, pull, lift at least 50lbs.
Must have a current valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
Must be able to operate power tools and lawn equipment.
REPORTS TO : Grounds Crew Leader
JOB GOAL : An employee in this class uses simple tools to maintain grounds including planting,
cultivating, pruning and cutting plants, trees, shrubs, grass and flowers.
Assignments are generally routine and repetitive in nature. Detailed instructions
are given, and problems are referred to a supervisor. Work performance is inspected
and evaluated based on grounds appearance and erros are quickly revelaed.
The employee receives direct supervision.

the Board and local policy on evaluation of personnel.
