We're seeking an experienced full time Maintenance Manager to lead our growing department and ensure the smooth operation of our multi-shift manufacturing facility located in the area of Burlington, NJ.
You'll be responsible for developing and implementing a preventative maintenance program that maximizes equipment uptime and minimizes downtime. This role offers a unique opportunity to not only oversee daily operations but also build and develop a strong maintenance team as our company expands.

Responsibilities:
· Ensure the safety, efficiency, productivity, and quality of our maintenance operations.
· Develop and implement a proactive preventative maintenance program.
· Lead, motivate, and develop a team of maintenance technicians (to be built over time).
· Provide direction and oversight for daily maintenance tasks and problem-solving.
· Manage maintenance budgets and ensure cost-effective solutions.
· Track and analyze maintenance data to identify improvement opportunities.
· Collaborate with production and other departments to ensure overall operational alignment.
· Report directly to the Plant Manager and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
· Minimum 5 years of experience in a hands-on maintenance leadership role.
· Proven track record of developing and implementing preventative maintenance programs.
· Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and/or hydraulic systems (depending on your industry).
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Experience working in a large manufacturing facility (100,000 sq ft) with complex machinery (25 units) a plus.
· Must be a self-motivated individual with a positive and can-do attitude.
