Wayne State University is searching for an experienced Research Assistant- School of Social Work - Part-time at its Detroit campus location.

The School of Social Work Centerfor Social Work Research is seeking a part-time research assistant. This is agrant funded position for at least one year. Primary duties will include butare not limited to organizing and managing evaluation survey data, providingtechnical assistance, implementing processes for tracking required projectactivities and data entry, and supporting Project Managers with maintenance ofevaluation data for analysis and reporting.
Summarize data and highlight key activities for MDHHS grants.
Create and field surveys for evaluation using Qualtrics.
Regular meetings with grant stakeholders and MDHHS to review progress.
Create final annual reports for both grants.
Enter data from two grant projects into Excel database.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
Education Bachelor’s degree
Preferably in Social Work or Psychology
Experience Entry level (less than a year ofjob-related experience) or (minimum years of job-related experience)
Prior experience with mental health services and research.
Ability to manageseveral projects simultaneously, prioritize and plan work activities whilemeeting respective deadlines.
Knowledge, Skills andAbilities
Must have excellent data management skills and experience with excel.
Strong organizational andtime-management skills.
Outstanding written andoral communication skills.
Flexible and adaptablestyle; a professional and resourceful style; the ability to work independently and as a team player,to take initiative, and to manage multiple tasks and projects at a time.

(hybrid) Normal office environment.This is a one-year, grant-funded position.
