A Dispatcher at WayPoint Logistics will be responsible for ensuring on time delivery and order updates to all customers as well as scheduling orders, routing and providing superior customer service. A Dispatcher will also proactively manage and monitor driver’s routes, progress, and ensure proper completion.
The typical work schedule for this position is Monday-Friday 8:00 am-5:00 pm and participation in an on-call rotation. Additional compensation applies to on-call rotation and typically consists of one night a week and one weekend a month (or once every 5-6 weeks).
