The Aftermarket Export Specialist will ensure the maximum market penetration and profit return for Doosan Bobcat Aftermarket Parts. The goal of this position is to maximize efficiency, deliver parts on time, comply with all laws and regulations, and minimize costs.
This position is open to a location of Bismarck, ND or West Fargo, ND.
Role & Responsibility
Account & Dealer Management:

• Provide accurate information, including shipping details, to dealers on a timely matter.
• Offer direct parts ordering opportunities through the Dealer Parts Portal and other sites.
• Assist dealers in export/return authorization documentation when required.

Drive Process Excellence:

• Assist dealers in the development of new markets; evaluating and implementing pricing strategies, which will provide for profitable sales.
• Assist in planning and developing sales forecasting and marketing strategy to achieve short and long range marketing goals pertaining to sales volume.
• Review and recommend changes in operational procedures to reduce backorders and improve delivery times.
• Follow up with APL Logistics on the service provided to customers.

Export Compliance:

• Manage Doosan Bobcat export shipments and worldwide drop shipments and issue export documents.
• Maintain an elevated level of customer service by communicating and coordinating shipment status and details.
• Troubleshoot all situations related to the export process, which could affect customer satisfaction, and compliance with country and contract regulations and letter of credit requirements.
• Review and initiate revisions to orders entered by distributors.
• Audit and maintain proof of export records, finalize, and upgrade commercial invoices, distribute international invoices to required destinations.
• Ensure compliance with all laws and regulations related to export shipments.

Job Requirement

• Education Requirement: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance or Economics is preferred. Equivalent experience in lieu of degree will be considered.
• Experience: 2>5 years.
• Knowledge of export shipping processes and regulations and international business experience is preferred.
• Sales background and account management customer service skills is a plus.
• SAP experience preferred.
• Microsoft Office Suite proficiency.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong recordkeeping and organizational skills.
