Wilmington, DE As a Barclays Core Processor Build and Integration Analyst, you will have an opportunity to be accountable for setting up our card processing rules at TSYS and providing consultation to internal and external teams as needed. You will work with teams across the company: business development, marketing, fraud, risk, compliance, operations and technology to deliver on portfolio initiatives, conversions and co-brand deals. Helping business and operational teams in translating business strategies into technical processor requirements for internal applications as well as technical builds
Maintaining new product and feature development (pricing, account fees, transaction fees, etc.), new plastic, insert
Maintaining card carrier or CMA (Card Mailer Agreement) builds as internal development or TSYS technical implementation
Maintaining promotional programs (value proposition specific to awards, rebates, credits, and build on Internal Awards Applications)
Leading the development of test strategies for new software with software developers, automators, and other team members
Designing and executing manual testing, including exploratory testing, ensuring traceability of testing across all layers of new software and test types, and managing test
Coordinating and executing solutions across business, technology, operations, and external vendor/partners to deliver on time with high quality
Having knowledge of and adherence to regulatory requirements, Enterprise Wide Risk Management Framework and internal Barclays Policies and Policy Standards What we’re looking for:
Over two years of experience in TSYS Build and Design or equivalent industry
Two plus years of experience in credit card testing or equivalent
Previously worked with agile methodologies configured for large, complex organizations and can demonstrate an approach to overcoming various organizational
Bachelor’s degree Skills that will help you in the role:
Ability to build solid working relationships with key stakeholders
Computer Fluency- MS Project, Excel, Visio, Access, Power Point, Teams
Familiar with collaboration tools Confluence, Sharepoint, and Jira
