The position will provide administrative support to our fundraising staff for our Heart Ball in Omaha and Go Red for Women in Omaha, Kearney, and Columbus.   • Assist staff with day-to-day tasks that support fundraising and volunteer recruitment/management activities, including customer relationship management.
  • Coordinate logistics for select events including pre-, day-of, and post- digital experience/event duties. Travel will be required to attend these events.
  • Develops, inputs, and maintains information in appropriate computer software programs. Oversee report generation and record keeping, including the collection of data.
  • Handle financial tasks, including paying invoices, tracking expenses, and processing donations.
  • Support in the planning and execution of internal meetings and events.
  • Perform general office management duties, such as processing mail, ordering supplies and communicating with building management.
  • Establish and maintain superior customer service relations with sponsors, volunteers, donors and internal staff. Includes responding to inquiries and assisting volunteers with event management systems as requested. QUALIFICATIONS
  • 2 years of related administrative experience.
  • Must have earned a high school diploma or GED.
  • Experience and skill in using a database management system, preferably a CRM specific program.
  • Must have at least intermediate knowledge and skill with Microsoft Office used for word processing, email, presentations, and spreadsheets. Advanced knowledge and skill with these programs is preferred. These skills are subject to testing.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks/projects.
  • Skill and ability in providing customer service at an excellent level to internal and external customers and partners.
