This role is with Boeing. WayUp is partnering with Boeing to hire top talent.
Job Description Qualifications:
  • Boeing ’s Defense Space and Security team is seeking to hire an Entry Level Industrial Engineer (IE) to support multiple E7 Programs out of Oklahoma City, OK . The IE will support multiple teams in the areas of production engineering, data analytics, team throughput and performance, creating databases, spreadsheets and charts, statement of work analyses, operational plans, factory assembly flows and performance analysis. Some international travel may be required.
Position Responsibilities:
1\. Monitors performance, supports production and systems to meet operational and functional requirements.
2\. Assists with designing, maintaining, and optimizing the production system by integrating design, supply base, facilities, equipment, and personnel.
3\. Develops simple models, databases and spreadsheets to analyze data and provides summary analysis and metrics for consultation to leaders.
4\. Supports research, design, develop, improve, and implementation of processes and tools to enhance schedule performance, lower cost, and improve quality, for large scale systems integration and asset utilization.
5\. Supports the preparation of operations plans, includes work statement analysis, budgeting and forecasts, capacity and constraint analysis and production change, to ensure technical goals and objectives are met.
6\. Supports execution planning by using project management, planning and scheduling and shop load practices.
7\. Provides production, supply chain logistics, performance visibility and recovery planning support.
  • This position requires the ability to obtain a US Security Clearance for which the US Government requires US Citizenship. An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1 year of experience using Microsoft Office (including Excel) at an advanced level.
  • 1 year of experience working and coordinating with different teams with diverse backgrounds.
Typical Education/Experience:
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced technical education from an accredited course of study in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics or chemistry (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of technical education and experience. In the USA, ABET accreditation is the preferred, although not required, accreditation standard.

This position offers relocation based on the candidate eligibility.
