Job Description Qualifications:
Boeing Commercial Airplanes (BCA) is looking for a Facilities Analyst ( Entry-Level, Associate or Mid-Level) to join the Facilities team based out of Helena, Montana.
The candidate for this position will work as a spare part storekeeper with our maintenance team, maintaining inventory levels, issuing parts and procuring components.
Position Responsibilities
  • With supervision, monitors existing contracts of a noncritical nature to determine compliance.
  • Follows preestablished processes to monitor schedule dates.
  • When directed, communicates with internal and external suppliers to provide information regarding adherence to scheduled activities.
  • Under direct supervision, collects and logs accurate information, runs standard reports, and maintains records per record retention guidelines.
  • May perform some elementary analysis using developed tools.
  • Receives and inputs internal and external customer requests for services and goods related to buildings, equipment, and systems.
  • With supervision, supports the processing of requests to meet customer needs through predetermined criteria.
  • With supervision, follows preestablished guidelines to ensure that configuration control is maintained.
This position is expected to be 100% onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
  • 1 years of experience using Microsoft Office Tools, Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • 1 years of experience in data entry
  • 1 years of experience using strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
  • 1 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3 years’ related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • High School or GED
  • 2 years of experience with developing and managing metrics.
  • 2 years of experience using Maximo, Arriba or other Computerized Maintenance Software Systems
  • 2 years of experience in aerospace or manufacturing
  • 2 years of experience working in a facilities organization
  • 2 years of experience as a storekeeper experience.
Typical Education/Experience:
Entry-level (Level 1):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. 4 years' related work experience).
Associate (Level 2):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 3 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 1 year’s related work experience, 7 years' related work experience, etc.).
Mid-Level (Level 3):
Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Bachelor) and typically 6 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Master 4 years' related work experience, 10 years' related work experience, etc.).
Relocation:
This position offers relocation based on candidate eligibility.

Entry-Level (Level 1): $52,700 - $68,200
Associate (Level 2): $62,900 - $81,400
Mid-Level (Level 3): $74,800 - $97,000
