Job Description

• You will support technical programs to include Target Acquisition Radars systems.
• Develop and manage program planning and execution.
• Develops documentation necessary to acquire required services, computer hardware and software.
• Interface with government program managers on developing range radar operation plans in support of Live Fire Test events and related radar issues.
• Coordinate and integrate technical aspects of an assigned program including participation in the definition of the system architecture and design concepts, the preparation of tradeoff analysis, and the development and execution of program test plans.

Basic Requirement for IT SPECIALIST (SYSANALYSIS): Specialized and Other Experience: To qualify for this position, your resume must describe at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level (DE-02 or GS-11) or equivalent pay band in the Federal service which includes 1) Manage IT programs supporting systems architectures, component-oriented software production, large-scale application systems development, project management, risk management, software process models, OR software engineering technologies; 2) Monitor the funding, Schedule, or Performance objectives for an Information Technology program; 3) Collaborate with others for a supported IT project. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower pay band/grade level position in the federal service (DE-02/GS-11). The specialized experience must include, or be supplemented by, information technology related experience (paid or unpaid experience and/or completion of specific, intensive training, as appropriate) which demonstrates each of the four competencies, as defined: (1) Attention to Detail
