Luxury Card Associate
  • Wilmington, DE As a Barclays Luxury Card Associate, you will be responsible for the management and support of the Luxury Card program. This program represents a significant contribution to the growth and results for the co-brand segment. You will have prior experience managing/ supporting either the technology, marketing, or services of the Luxury Card brand. Luxury Card is a US technology, marketing, and services brand offering three world class, premium credit cards – Gold, Black, and Titanium, each with a distinct, patented metal design and construction.   • Growing, managing, and optimizing effective marketing channels for new customer acquisition and existing cardholder experience
  • Collaborating with multiple colleagues to create a cohesive marketing & operating plan and customer experience
  • Maintaining relationships with vendors and suppliers; providing direction to project teams for any Luxury Card related projects as key stakeholder
  • Identifying and implementing customer experience enhancements for Luxury Card cardmembers
  • Being responsible for diagnosing drivers that positively or negatively influence program performance and profitability
  • Identifying potential risks that could be detrimental to growth plans or the overall Luxury Card brand and develop/implement action plans to address risks
  • Monitoring competitive environment.; driving strategy to ensure continual improvement of current products/ procedures, including new product design and launch
  • Partnering with IT and Product Office to drive card program appropriate solutions; partnering with CMO to drive partner marketing and CX initiatives What we’re looking for:
  • Minimum of two years of total Luxury Card experience
  • Ability to handle a fast-paced environment, take ownership of projects and successfully meet established project deadline requirements
  • Team player with solid oral and written communication skills
