Position Description
You will serve as a SUPERVISORY GENERAL ENGINEER in the Systems Product Integrity Division with the management of the R&M Branch of NAVAIRWARCENAC DIV.
Position Duties/Responsibilities

• You will ensure established R and M program management, engineering standards, procedures, processes, guidelines, and controls are promulgated in all phases of systems design, development, acquisition, and production life-cycle.
• You will develop division-level strategies/plans, efficiently and effectively utilize division facilities and personnel, and develop new approaches/methods to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of division support to naval aviation programs.
• You will plan, manage, and supervise the divisions programs and resources and work with the Division’s managers in establishing reliability and maintainability policies and procedures for the department.
• You will provide expert advice and general guidance to division personnel on any engineering aspect of assigned systems.
• You will develop and justify estimates for resources including personnel, funds for equipment, and space, to ensure maximum efficiency.
