*Scheduled COLAs: 5% salary increase in June 2025!
The City of Anaheim, California seeks a Deputy City Attorney (DCA) for the Public Utilities Department, who will be classified as a Deputy City Attorney III or IV. The Deputy City Attorney III/IV (DCA) will join a legal team of two other attorneys supporting the Public Utilities Department, which serves the water and power needs of the Anaheim community - offering their expertise on a wide range of utility issues, including regulatory compliance, administrative and transactional matters, and litigation. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in utility and/or public works law and will have worked with or for a municipal or public sector organization. This person should be a strong team collaborator, problem solver, and communicator who is comfortable working in a fast-paced and highly regulated industry.
