EXPECTED ANNUAL SALARY RANGE: $87,480 to $136,000

Job SummaryThe Director, Product Management – AI will lead the development of generative AI products by leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and advance the overall mission of the company.
Education Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
Qualifications/Experience
  • 7 years of experience in product and/or program management.
  • 5 years of experience in the following:
  • Defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams to launch successful products
  • Designing, building, launching and optimizing products.
  • Knowledge of shipping AI products is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The accountabilities listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required.
  • Develop product strategy and roadmap for generative AI products.
  • Obsess over customer needs and jobs-to-be-done. Identify customer needs and market opportunities to generate new product ideas and features.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
  • Collaborate with UX designers to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI products.
  • Partner with engineering teams to ensure products are developed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies.
  • Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for products.
  • Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate product features.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to AI product development.
SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES: This position does not entail direct supervisory responsibilities. However, the successful candidate is expected to engage with cross-functional teams and exercise leadership without direct authority.
