Job SummaryThe Director, Product Management – AI will lead the development of generative AI products by leading cross-functional teams to define, develop, and launch innovative products that meet the needs of our customers and advance the overall mission of the company.
Education Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Data Science, or related field.
- 7 years of experience in product and/or program management.
- 5 years of experience in the following:
- Defining product strategy and leading cross-functional teams to launch successful products
- Designing, building, launching and optimizing products.
- Knowledge of shipping AI products is a plus.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to synthesize data to make informed decisions.
- Knowledge of clinical trials or the pharmaceutical industry is a plus.
- Develop product strategy and roadmap for generative AI products.
- Obsess over customer needs and jobs-to-be-done. Identify customer needs and market opportunities to generate new product ideas and features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements and specifications.
- Collaborate with UX designers to design user-friendly interfaces and experiences for AI products.
- Partner with engineering teams to ensure products are developed in a timely, efficient, and cost-effective manner.
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay ahead of emerging AI trends and technologies.
- Develop pricing strategies and go-to-market plans for products.
- Monitor product performance and customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and iterate product features.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders across the organization.
- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices related to AI product development.
