SCHEDULE
14/14 hitch – 12 hour days
This is a 14/14 rotational position for our Permian operations which includes, but not limited to Midland / Delaware Basins and East Texas.
POSITION OVERVIEW – Frac/ Drillout Site Supervisor
We are looking for field on-site representatives with the demonstrated capacity to execute of all our unconventional completion activities for 10,000' horizontals, with the capability to ensure safe, reliable and high-performance operations for our client
Our clients Business Unit operates crude oil and natural gas fields in the midcontinental United States - primarily in Colorado, New Mexico and Texas. Our client is among the largest net acreage leaseholders and producers in the Permian Basin of West Texas and southeastern New Mexico. The Permian is composed of several basins, including the liquids-rich Midland and Delaware basins, and it offers opportunities for conventional resources as well as for shale and other tight resources.
This role manages the completions activities for assigned frac spreads, drill-out spreads and site prep operations.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and supervise diverse completions teams in a safe and reliable manner
Provide direction to contract personnel on all aspects of unconventional completions operations
Actively shares lessons learned and best practices with work group.
Ability to use digital tools such as WellView®, Corva®, Polarion® and PowerBI® dashboards
Reinforce and support plan of actions (POAs) and checklists for the operations
Communicates effectively with field personnel and seeks feedback from peers
Ability to establish a competitive performance culture with field personnel through the communication of benchmarking and aspirational goals
Ability to work and collaborate with cross functional teams
Ensures that WellSafe execution requirements are met to maintain well control and well integrity at all times and manages any well control operations
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
Highschool diploma or equivalent
Coil tubing and snubbing
8 years of experience with demonstrated experience as a completions supervisor in unconventional frac, drill-out and/or site prep operations for 10,000' horizontals
Demonstrated ability to lead and supervise diverse field teams in a safe and reliable manner
Current Well Control Certification or must be able to pass Well Control Certification
Basic computer skills and the ability to use Microsoft 365® programs such as Word®, Excel® PowerPoint®, Outlook® and Microsoft Teams®.
PREFERRED EXPERIENCE
College degree
Proficiency in using digital tools such as WellView®, Corva®, Polarion® and PowerBI® dashboards
