Responsibilities

As a Parts Salesperson with WCTractor, you will be at the forefront of our customer interactions, playing a key role in ensuring our customers have access to the parts and support they need.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Welcoming and assisting customers in finding the parts they need, providing expert advice on product usage, maintenance, and installation.
• Managing and organizing inventory to ensure all parts are accurately stocked and displayed for easy access.
• Handling customer concerns with creativity and professionalism, especially when dealing with backorders, damaged parts, or stock shortages.
• Participating in merchandising and display modifications to highlight current inventory, sales, and promotions.
• Accurately calculating sales totals, considering discounts, promotions, and other factors.
• Labeling and organizing parts according to function and pricing, ensuring a streamlined and efficient process.

Parts Sales Representative Qualifications

Qualifications

We're looking for candidates who bring the following:

• Experience: 3-5 years in customer service, preferably with experience in parts sales or inventory management.
• Education: A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a two-year degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
• Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to quickly learn about a variety of parts. Familiarity with stocking and organizing inventory is a plus.
• Personality: A friendly, personable approach with a willingness to listen and assist customers.
