Master Training Specialist-Instructor EOD
Worldwide Counter Threat Solutions (WCTS), an award-winning contracting firm, recruiting for an exceptionally highly qualified Master Training Specialist-Instructor EOD to support EODGRU TWO.
This position is contingent upon contract award.
Location: Joint Expeditionary Base (JEB) Little Creek, Virginia Beach, VA
Travel: up to 20%
Overview or Scope:
Explosive Ordnance Disposal Group TWO (EODGRU TWO) units maintain a presence in virtually all of the Eastern Hemisphere to include supporting U.S. Central Command and all of the US Navy Fleets. In addition, EOD Group TWO is routinely tasked to support the U.S. Secret Service and other CONUS and OCONUS EOD missions.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Knowledge and experience in utilizing various EOD training aids to enhance training based on enemy TTPs and course objectives.
• Knowledge and experience in managing instructor qualifications, certifications, student counseling techniques, and professional development training.
• Knowledge and experience as Subject Matter Expert (SME) for assigned divisions and in evaluating EOD training exercises and available resources, role players, equipment, training aids, etc.
• Knowledge and experience in supporting “multi-divisional” complex training schedules to accommodate customer training needs.
• Knowledge and experience in providing material solution recommendations to EOD Tactics, Techniques, and Procedures (TTP).
• Knowledge and experience in communicating with senior government officials regarding program status, milestones, obstacles, etc.

Requirements:

• Must hold a SECRET Clearance.
• U.S. Citizen.
• Must possess a valid state driver’s license.
• Minimum of 10 years of operational EOD experience.
• Must possess a current Master Training Specialist (MTS) or equivalent DoD certification and have served as an instructor in a formal EOD Training Program.
• Must have Office365 experience and computer skills.
• Must have great communication skills both written and oral.

Preferred Requirements
Candidates with these desired skills will be given preferential consideration:

• Previous deployment experience with US military, Department of State, or law enforcement.
• Experience as an instructor with EODGRU ONE or EODGRU TWO
