1. High school diploma or equivalent

2. Valid driver's license with Department of Motor Vehicle record meeting the requirements of Wisconsin Diagnostic Laboratories' Vehicle Liability Policy.

3. Map-reading and way-finding skills throughout the Greater Milwaukee area.

4. Must obtain certification as Drug Screen and Breath Alcohol Technician upon hire.

5. Strong attention to detail in completing forms and documents.
