The Director of Preconstruction will work with owners, architects, and the WDS team in the development of conceptual, schematic, design, and construction document estimates, as required by the situation; and which provide our clients with high quality solutions at competitive costs.
This individual must prequalify and continually coordinate with subcontractors to ensure the subcontractors have all the necessary information and that bids are received.
This position will work closely with our Project Management teams to turn-over projects to the production / delivery process and follow-up on proposals and clients until the contract is awarded.
