Your Role⚖️ Associate Attorney – Commercial Real Estate Transactions

• Reviewing and drafting real estate contracts, agreements, and leases.

• Conducting due diligence on properties including title searches, zoning issues, and environmental assessments.

• Negotiating terms and conditions of real estate transactions.

• Advising clients on legal matters related to real estate acquisitions, dispositions, and financing.
