My client, a reputable firm located in Connecticut, is looking for a motivated Tax Associate Attorney to join their dynamic team. 📕 Responsibilities

• Conducting thorough research on various aspects of tax law, including federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Assisting clients with tax planning strategies to minimize tax liabilities while ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Preparing and reviewing a wide range of legal documents, including contracts, tax returns, corporate documents, and estate planning documents.
• Meeting with clients to gather information, explain tax law implications, and discuss potential strategies or outcomes.
• Collaborate with team members to deliver exceptional client service and support firm initiatives

👓 Requirements

• J.D and Bar Admission to either Connecticut or New York
• CPA is a plus
• 2 Plus years of experience in Tax Law

• Up to $175K base depending on experience
