Your Role: ⚖️ Business Litigation Associate

• Conduct legal research and draft pleadings, motions, and briefs.

• Assist in discovery processes, including document review and preparation of responses.

• Support senior attorneys in trial preparation and courtroom proceedings.

• Participate in client meetings and contribute to strategy discussions.

• Manage case files and ensure compliance with court deadlines and procedures.
