They are seeing a talented and driven Commercial Defense Attorney to join their expanding team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, representing clients in various industries and defending against claims and disputes.

📕Responsibilities

✔️Handle all aspects of commercial litigation defense, including case strategy development, pleadings, motion practice, discovery, and trial preparation.

✔️Conduct legal research and analysis to support defense strategies and arguments.

✔️Draft and review legal documents, including pleadings, motions, briefs, and settlement agreements.

✔️Represent clients in court proceedings, hearings, and alternative dispute resolution proceedings.

👓 Requirements

✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

✔️Admission to the state bar and in good standing

✔️3 to 5 Years of experience in commercial litigation defense, preferably with a focus on complex commercial disputes.
