Your Role: Employment Senior Associate Attorney

• Hit the ground running by inheriting a strong caseload of Plaintiff and Defense Employment litigation matters, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, and wage and hour disputes.
• Drafting and reviewing legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery responses.
• Representing clients in court, mediations, and arbitration proceedings.
• Providing strategic legal advice to clients on complex employment law issues and litigation strategies.
