🔎 What are they looking for?

They are seeking a talented and motivated Labor and Employment Associate to join their dynamic team. As part of their renowned labor and employment practice group, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of complex labor and employment matters, representing employers in various industries.

📕 Responsibilities

✔️Advise and counsel clients on a broad range of labor and employment law issues, including employment discrimination, wage and hour compliance, employment benefits, and labor relations.

✔️Draft and review employment agreements, employee handbooks, policies, and other employment-related documents.

✔️Represent clients in administrative proceedings before state and federal agencies, including the EEOC, NLRB, DOL, and state labor departments.

✔️Assist with labor and employment-related litigation, including drafting pleadings, motions, and briefs, and preparing for hearings and trials.

👓 Requirements

✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

✔️Admission to the state bar and in good standing

✔️2 to 4 Years of experience in labor and employment law, preferably with a focus on representing employers.
