Requirements:
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment counselling, employment litigation, and business litigation.
• Experience handling employment proceedings in court and before administrative agencies, counselling clients on a range of employment issues, creating and revising employee handbooks and policies, handling complex commercial litigation
• Strong writing, research, oral advocacy and interpersonal skills, and the ability to handle and manage cases with minimal supervision
