🔎 What are they looking for?

A prominent law firm specialising in employment law, is seeking a skilled and dedicated labor and employment attorney to join their esteemed team.

📕Responsibilities

✔️Provide legal advice, and representation to clients on a wide range of labor and employment law matters

✔️Handle litigation and dispute resolution related to employment issues, including discrimination, harassment, wrongful termination, wage and hour disputes, and employee benefits

✔️Draft and review employment contracts, policies, and other legal documents

👓 Requirements

✔️Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school; admission to the California State Bar

✔️5 Plus years of experience practicing labor and employment law, with a focus on litigation

✔️Strong understanding of federal and California labor and employment law
