⚖ About the Role: Commercial Litigation Associate
· Conducting in-depth legal research on case law, statutes, and regulations relevant to the issues involved in commercial litigation cases.
· Preparing various legal documents such as complaints, motions, briefs, discovery requests, and responses.
· Assisting senior attorneys in managing cases by organizing documents, scheduling deadlines, and maintaining case files.
· Participating in the discovery process by reviewing documents, conducting depositions, and drafting interrogatories and requests for production of documents.
· Communicating with clients to provide updates on case progress, discuss strategy, and answer any questions they may have.
