We are looking for Cleaners to take care of our building and carry out cleaning, maintenance, and security duties. The goal is to keep our building in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities

• Clean and supply designated building areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, restroom cleaning, etc)
• Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supplies
• Cooperate with the rest of the staff
• Follow all health and safety regulations

Skills

• Proven working experience as a Cleaner
• Ability to handle heavy equipment and machinery
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Integrity and ability to work independently
• High school degree or GED is a plus

Positions are available NOW for Cleaners for commercial/business facilities in the Chattanooga, TN area. MUST have prior experience. Must be 18y or older. Must have own transportation. You will drive to a building to clean for approximately 4 hours on Monday - Saturday(days vary) from 3pm - 8pm or 9pm - 1p (hours vary). SERIOUS INQUIRIES ONLY....If you cannot work these days and/or hours, please do not apply. Evening shifts ONLY. ALL SHIFTS ARE PART-TIME ONLY. The days and hours vary but this is the time frame we are HIRING IMMEDIATELY FOR!

Job Qualifications:

• Attention to detail and a caring concern for the quality of work and the work environment.
• A clean criminal background check (10 years).
• Must have personal transportation.
• Able to be on your feet during the shift; walking, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching, kneeling, etc., and able to lift 25 lbs.
