Skills and Experience

At We Insure Prosperity, the local agency based in Milton, DE, we are passionate about helping our clients. We are looking for a candidate who is interested in helping protect members of our community by supporting our Agent in Charge to provide individualized coverage for homeowner's insurance, auto insurance, business insurance and more.

The Role: Greet clients with a smile, answer phones professionally, schedule appointments, uphold exceptional customer service, and perform various administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in insurance sales support is preferred
• Be organized and efficient
• Ensure a positive customer experience
• Confident self-starter
• Must maintain a high level of energy and enthusiasm
• Must be comfortable working under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Must be self-motivated, hard-working, able to be coached and have great attitude
• Must be a team player
• Eagerness to learn and grow is key
• Bilingual (English & Spanish) is a huge plus!

​As the Assistant to the Agent in Charge you will receive:

• Competitive hourly wage.
