Project Manager – Ground-Up Construction

We Search People are currently working with an outstanding General Contractor who are looking for a Project Manager to be based in Sarasota, FL.

About The Role

The Construction Project Manager’s general functions are to meet time and cost objectives as

planned in coordination with the Senior Project Manager and is responsible for the daily

management, supervision, communication, coordination, and successful completion of

projects.

You will be working for a well-established, leading Contractor who will offer you full support and lots of opportunity for growth & progression. This is a long-term position.

Requirements

· Minimum 5 years of previous Construction Project Management experience required

· 4 year degree in Construction Management or related field or equivalent work experience required

· Experience of Project Managing large Multi-Family construction projects

· Knowledge and certifications on safety standards and OSHA, with a minimum of 10-hour certification required

· Project Management, control & scheduling experience

· Knowledge of blueprint reading and the ability to follow and implement details as shown on plans

· Experience with managing teams & subcontractors required
