Project Manager - Residential Construction
Location: Naples
Salary: $120,000 - $160,000 benefits
Our client is an award winning, well established customer home builder, specializing in high-end luxury residential projects throughout Naples and surrounding areas.
They are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis. The right candidate will have experience of high-end luxury homes
Our client has an excellent work culture and offers long term progression opportunities.
This is a full-time, permanent position with excellent benefits & bonuses.
Requirements:
- 3 years’ experience of residential projects
- Extensive experience as a Project Manager with a home builder/custom home builder
- Managed high value projects ($1 million or above)
- Conscientious and flexible, with a strong work ethic and team-first attitude.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
This role is paying an excellent basic salary in addition to bonus & a generous benefits package
