Responsibilities:

• Drive the progress of We Whiten journeys by promoting treatment package sales and exceeding performance goals.
• Oversee daily operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment while guiding the team to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
• Lead by example as the primary Whitening Specialist, providing mentorship, training, and performance reviews to empower team members.
• Manage operational aspects such as inventory, orders, and compliance with labor laws.
• Foster a positive workplace culture where employees feel valued, recognized for their contributions, and connected to the company's mission.

Key Duties:

Customer Service:

• Cultivate a customer service mindset among team members.
• Address guest service issues proactively and manage scheduling challenges.
• Introduce clients to teeth whitening products and treatment plans.

Sales:

• Lead sales initiatives and foster a sales-driven culture.
• Set and achieve sales goals through team motivation and exemplary sales practices.
• Train team members in product knowledge and effective sales techniques.

People:

• Recruit and retain top talent.
• Support team development and collaboration.
• Demonstrate expertise in teeth whitening processes and train team members accordingly.

Business Analytics:

• Monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
• Communicate action plans effectively throughout the organization.
• Analyze sales and operational data to drive business growth.

Administrative:

• Complete administrative tasks accurately and in a timely manner.
• Manage employee schedules and ensure compliance with regulations.
• Handle hiring, onboarding, training, and termination processes.

• 2 years of sales and management experience in a service or retail industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to drive revenue and achieve sales goals.
• Proficiency in analyzing sales and operational data.
• Self-motivated with an ownership mentality and flexibility to work a retail schedule.

Physical Requirements:

• Extended periods of standing and walking.
• Ability to lift and move up to 25lbs.
• Comfortable using computers and technology for daily tasks.
