Role Description
This is a contract role for an Email Marketing Growth Specialist at #WeAllGrow Latina. As an Email Marketing Specialist, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of email marketing campaigns. This includes developing and executing email strategies, creating engaging content, managing subscriber lists, analyzing marketing analytics, and implementing lead-generation tactics. This is a hybrid role, located in Los Angeles, CA with flexibility for remote work. We don't care where you sit to craft your brilliance, we just care that you get the work done with integrity.
Qualifications
- 3 years of experience in email marketing, with a proven track record of success
- Strong proficiency in Klaviyo and other email marketing platforms
- Prior experience in e-commerce, membership ecosystems, and digital marketing is desired
- Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling email copy
- Experience with audience segmentation, A/B testing, and email automation
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and social media platforms
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Passion for #WeAllGrow Latina's mission and values
- Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus
- Previous experience in the Latine community is a plus
Key Details
- Job type: Part-time contractor.
- Schedule: Monday-Friday.
- Location: This position is remote, and you must have your own computer and a strong internet connection.
- Reports to: VP, Brand and Operations
- Rate: Flat rate per month based on # of emails delivered. Commiserate upon experience.
- Start date: Immediately
