How you will make a difference

· Efficiently prioritize and address daily tasks and issues to ensure a smooth workflow.

· Maintain proactive and professional interactions with advisors and clients, ensuring timely responses.

· Accurately manage and complete internal and external service requests.

· Maintain and manage database programs and advisor data aggregation sites to ensure data integrity and accessibility.

· Respond to client inquiries within 24 hours, providing timely and accurate information.

· Generate various financial reports to support advisors in informed decision-making.

· Assist in creating executive summaries and comprehensive financial plans for current and prospective clients.

· Onboard clients into the client portal, providing user tutorials and ongoing support.

· Follow up with vendor companies and clients to resolve outstanding issues.

· Assist advisors with preparing for client appointments, ensuring all materials and information are ready.

· Manage Required Minimum Distributions (RMDs) for qualified client accounts, ensuring compliance with regulations.

· Update account values and complete client review summaries for upcoming appointments.

· Resolve issues related to account transfers or amendments, ensuring smooth transitions.

· Assist with the trust funding process, ensuring accurate and timely completion.

Qualifications

· Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

· 3-5 years of experience in financial services or a similar role.

· Strong organizational and time-management skills.

· Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

· Proficiency in financial reporting and database management.

· Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.

· Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
