Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively drive sales efforts across New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. The successful candidate will focus on establishing and nurturing client relationships, promoting our services, and securing ongoing month-to-month contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition: Identify and target potential clients, presenting our services to secure new business.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure ongoing satisfaction and repeat business.
• Sales Strategy: Implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
• Reporting: Provide regular sales reports and updates to management, tracking progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Proven track record in sales, preferably within the cleaning or maintenance industry.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Independence: Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge: Familiarity with the NY, NJ, and PA markets is highly desirable.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (draw on commission).
• Commission: 10% on all sales.
• Sales Volume: Average monthly sales range from $1,700 to $2,500.
