Responsibilities:

• Conduct property tours and effectively lease apartments to prospective tenants in the Decatur area, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout the leasing process.
• Drive lead generation efforts using innovative strategies to expand our audience and attract potential renters. Convert leads into leases by applying proven sales techniques.
• Manage multiple potential sales simultaneously. Prioritize tasks to maximize leasing opportunities while maintaining quality customer interactions.
• Transition smoothly between properties, wrapping up one leasing project while gearing up for the next. Effectively manage multiple locations within close proximity.

Compensation:
