Wealthy Recruiting is Hiring a Sales Executive - Construction Solutions Near Sunnyside, NY

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Executive (Construction Solutions) to join our team. This role is critical in connecting leading manufacturers with top construction companies and architect firms in the NYC area. As a key player in our sales team, you will be responsible for selling a wide range of high-quality construction products and services, contributing to significant growth in our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with construction companies, architect firms, and other key stakeholders. Act as a trusted advisor to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
  • Present and effectively sell products such as roofing, insulation, restoration materials, waterproofing, air and vapor barriers, expansion joints, pavers, and solutions for Local Law 126 compliance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets. Utilize effective negotiation and closing techniques to drive business growth.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product innovations, and competitive landscape. Continuously update your knowledge to provide the best solutions to clients.
  • Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with overall business strategies. Ensure a seamless customer experience from initial contact through post-sale support.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and pipeline progress. Provide regular reports and analysis to the management team to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in sales, with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Deep understanding of construction products and services, with the ability to communicate technical details effectively.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Highly self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and a drive to achieve results. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client needs to inform sales strategies.

Compensation:

  • Base Salary: $80,000 per year
  • Commission: Performance-based commission structure, offering significant earning potential for high achievers.
